CORPORATE MENTORING PROGRAMME.

An all-age leadership and careers programme starting at Key Stage 2 (age 7) and continuing to Key Stage 5 (age 19), connecting organisations with a pipeline of future talent from diverse backgrounds.
The programme deepens young people’s knowledge of the industry and organisation, develops their leadership abilities and industry skills, and provides personalised career support through one-to-one mentoring. By the end of the programme, these young people are equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to make well-informed Post 16/18 education and employment choices.
The programme includes:

- Session resources to aid discussion
- End of programme celebration
