Part 1: Meet the Mentors and Brand Awareness
Workplace visit and tour to meet the mentors and understand the power of mentoring and speed networking.
Brand Awareness videos to showcase and deepen understanding of the organisation and industry.

Part 2: Mentoring Sessions and Masterclasses
Topics are tailored to meet the mentees' needs and align with the mentor's expertise. Resources are provided to support various topics.
Industry and leadership masterclasses to develop industry-specific and transferable skills.

Workplace visit to celebrate the end of the programme and to set post-programme goals.

Students will have the opportunities to develop industry-specific and leadership skills taught by industry leaders.
